The story
Learn How It Works
What is Frenzy Stocks?
Frenzy Stocks is a social trading game built around strategy, deception, and market instincts.
In every round, one player becomes the Research Consultant and draws a hidden market card that reveals what will happen next. They then present their “market research” to the group, explaining which stocks will rise, which will fall, and by how many points.
But here’s the twist:
They may be telling the truth.
Or they may be bluffing.
The rest of the players must decide whether to trust the presentation, question the consultant, make their trades, and vote on whether they believe the consultant was honest or bluffing — all before the market is revealed.
Once the card is shown, the market updates, gains and losses are calculated automatically, and the next round begins.
Why Frenzy Stocks is Different
More than a card game. More than a trading game.
Frenzy Stocks combines:
- bluffing
- social deduction
- market strategy
- trading decisions
- real-time outcomes
It is not just about guessing the market.
It is about guessing the person behind the prediction.
Do they really know where the stocks are going?
Or are they trying to trap everyone into the wrong trade?
How the Game Works
One player becomes the Research Consultant
At the start of each round, one player takes on the role of Research Consultant.
They draw one hidden card from the deck and keep it secret.
That card shows what will happen next in the market.
The consultant gives a market presentation
The Research Consultant presents what they claim is going to happen next.
They explain:
- which stocks will go up
- which stocks will go down
- and by how many points each stock will move
They can tell the truth.
Or they can bluff.
Players ask questions
After the presentation, the other players may ask questions to figure out whether the consultant is being honest or deceptive.
You can play with either:
- 1 question per player
- or a 2-minute open question period
Players trade one by one
After questions are finished, players take turns trading.
Each player can do whatever they want during their turn:
- buy
- sell
- trade
- make multiple moves
- or do nothing
When a player is finished, they say:
Done
Then the next player goes.
The consultant trades last
Once all other players have finished, the Research Consultant goes last and makes their trade.
After a player is done, their trades are locked and cannot be changed.
Everyone votes
After all trading is complete, players vote on whether they believe the Research Consultant was:
- telling the truth
- or bluffing
The card is revealed
The consultant reveals the hidden card.
The market is then updated on the platform, and the system automatically calculates gains and losses for every player.
The next round begins
If the consultant is caught, the role passes to another player.
If the table guesses wrong — or the vote is tied — the consultant stays in the role for the next round.
The Core Twist
The Research Consultant only stays in the role if the table gets it wrong.
That means the consultant is not trying to always bluff.
And they are not trying to always tell the truth.
They are trying to stay unpredictable.
Sometimes the best move is to lie.
Sometimes the best move is to tell the truth and make everyone doubt you.
That is what makes Frenzy Stocks different.
