This Seller Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Frenzy Brands Inc. (“FrenzyGo,” “we”) and you, the person or business selling on FrenzyGo (“you”). It adds to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Prohibited Items & Acceptable Use rules, which also apply to you. You accept this Agreement by ticking the box when you apply to sell. If you sell as a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
You can sell goods in any lawful category, including food, essentials, household items and electronics, subject to our Prohibited Items list and the law. Services are not available yet.
The buyer pays at checkout and you fulfill by pickup or delivery as selected. Fulfill promptly, or cancel and refund if you can’t.
The buyer’s card is held; you accept or decline within the time shown. When you accept, the buyer is charged and you are committed to fulfill at the agreed time.
Buyers describe what they need to our AI assistant and nearby sellers are notified. The buyer’s card is held before you see the request. If you take it, you must deliver what was agreed at the agreed price and time and mark it delivered. The buyer is charged when they confirm, or automatically 24 hours after you mark it delivered unless they report a problem. Don’t mark a request delivered before it is.
You handle pickup or delivery yourself; FrenzyGo does not provide couriers. Package items safely, follow building rules (for example, lobby or concierge rules), and keep food at safe temperatures.

You are responsible for your taxes. Sales taxes shown at checkout are collected and passed to you in your payout; you must register and remit them when required (for example, GST/QST once your taxable sales exceed the $30,000 small-supplier threshold). You are also responsible for income tax, any municipal business licence, zoning or building rules for operating from home, and, in Quebec, registering your business with the Registraire des entreprises where required. We may need to collect tax information from you and report seller income to tax authorities where the law requires it.
You confirm that:
Buyers can rate and review you. Which sellers are shown, and which nearby sellers are notified first about a Request or Ask Go request, depends on rules using distance, availability, whether you list a matching item and, in some cases, your rating and history. We are also testing a machine-learning model that estimates how likely you are to accept a request, based on factors such as distance, timing, price, your rating, completed orders and past acceptance rate. Today it only logs a score and does not affect who is notified. We will tell you before it starts affecting notifications. You can ask us which information and main factors were used and send us your comments for human review (see the Privacy Policy).
You keep ownership of your photos and descriptions and give FrenzyGo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt (for example, resize) and use them to run and promote the Platform and your store, including on store flyers and social media. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload.
You are responsible for your items, your fulfillment and your compliance with the law. You agree to cover FrenzyGo’s reasonable losses and costs (including fines and reasonable legal fees) caused by your items, your breach of this Agreement, or your breach of law. To the extent the law allows, FrenzyGo’s total liability to you under this Agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or other indirect losses. These limits do not apply to liability for bodily or moral injury or for intentional or gross fault, and they do not apply where you are a consumer and the law forbids them.
Contact us first and we will try to resolve the issue in good faith within 30 days. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Business sellers agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, Ontario. Individual resident sellers acting outside a business keep any right the law gives them to sue where they live.
We may update this Agreement. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or in your dashboard of material changes (including fee increases). If you don’t accept, you can stop selling before the change applies. Continuing to sell after that date means you accept.
